Returns

Every piece at Guillard Haus is made to order, so most sales are final. Please review the details below before you buy.

Posters and Editions
Posters and editions are printed specifically for your order, and editions are signed and numbered by hand. Because of this, they can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with a printing defect.

Originals
Originals are one-of-one and are final sale.

Damaged or defective pieces
If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, email info@guillardhaus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the piece and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production hasn’t started. After that, the order is final.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
