Shipping

Every piece is prepared to order. Processing times below are the time it takes to get your order ready to ship, before it’s in transit.

Posters
Printed to order and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Editions
Each edition is printed on archival paper, then signed and numbered by hand before it ships. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing.

Originals
Originals are packed by hand and ship within 5–7 business days, fully insured, with signature required on delivery.

Packaging
Posters and editions ship flat or rolled in a rigid mailer [choose one] with protective backing. Originals are shipped in custom protective packaging.

Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $350.

Delivery times
United States: 3–7 business days after shipping.
International: 7–21 business days after shipping.

International orders
We ship to most countries. The destination country sets customs duties and import taxes, and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, email info@guillardhaus.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Address changes
Address changes can be made until your order ships. Guillard Haus is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
